Shipping Insurance: Worry-Free Purchase

We offer optional shipping insurance, called Worry-Free Purchase, at checkout to provide added peace of mind while your order is in transit.
Worry-Free Purchase helps protect eligible orders against certain delivery issues that may occur after your order has been dispatched, including loss, damage, or significant delivery delays.
This coverage is optional and must be selected during checkout.

What Worry-Free Purchase Covers

If added to your order, Worry-Free Purchase may apply in the following situations:
  1. Lost Packages

If your package is not delivered within the required time frame or is confirmed lost by the carrier.
  1. Damaged Items

If items arrive broken, crushed, or otherwise unusable due to damage during transit.
Cosmetic packaging damage alone is not covered.
  1. Delivery Delays

If your package is significantly delayed after shipping:
  • Domestic shipments: 30+ days without delivery
  • International shipments: 60+ days without delivery

Delay claims do not require supporting documents.

Coverage Period

Coverage begins once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been created.
Insurance remains valid for up to 90 days from dispatch.

How to File a Claim

If your insured order experiences a covered issue, claims must be submitted through the shipping insurance resolution center.
You can access the claims portal through:
  • Your order tracking page
  • The insurance confirmation email sent after purchase
  • Or directly via the link below

Claims are reviewed individually. Once approved, payouts are typically processed within 2 business days.

What You May Need to Submit

Depending on the claim type, you may be asked to provide supporting information:
  • Lost package (not marked delivered): No documents required
  • Lost but marked delivered: Supporting documentation may be requested
  • Damaged items: Clear photos of the packaging and damaged item

Providing clear, accurate information helps speed up the claims process.

Payout Options

Approved claims can be paid out via one of the following methods:
  • PayPal
  • Venmo (USD only)
  • Direct bank transfer (USD only)
  • Virtual prepaid card

You’ll be able to select your preferred payout option during claim submission.

Important Notes

  • Worry-Free Purchase is optional and must be added at checkout
  • Insurance covers insured items only
  • Insurance claims replace store-issued refunds for covered delivery issues
  • Customers cannot receive duplicate compensation for the same issue
  • Orders without shipping insurance are handled under our standard shipping and refund policies
